The Ontario SPCA says it’s reducing adoption fees for all cats and kittens to $25 from Black Friday through November 28th.
It says OSPCA animal centres across the province will be trying to find homes for the many cats and kittens in their care.
The OSPCA says all cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped, come with a gift of six weeks of pet insurance and are up to date with their vaccines.
Plus, anyone who adopts a cat or kitten from an OSPCA animal centre in November will get a free litter box.
